Refund and Service Cancellation Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026. Version: 2026-10-16.
1. General principles
This policy covers purchases made directly from Cage & Caliber LLC d/b/a Lost Soul MMA. It is subject to the conditions disclosed for each transaction and to all rights that cannot be waived by law. If we cancel a paid service and do not offer a reasonable replacement, we will refund it or give a credit, as the law requires. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Cash payments are refunded in cash. Processing times depend on the card issuer or bank. Requests: lostsoulmixedmartialarts@gmail.com or 810-434-1302.
2. Monthly memberships
The Purchaser may cancel future monthly renewals as set out in the Monthly Membership Agreement. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no further charges after it. Unused part months are not refunded, except for a billing error, a cancellation by the Gym, a written offer, or where the law requires a refund. If a renewal is charged after a valid cancellation, we will investigate and refund it.
3. Drop-ins and day passes
Passes that have been used or have expired are not refundable, except where we cancel or the law requires a refund. Promotional and discounted passes are final sale and are not refundable, except where we cancel or the law requires a refund.
4. Private lessons
Cancelling at least 48 hours before the appointment entitles the customer to a refund or a no-cost reschedule. Later cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session, unless a staff member approves an exception. If the instructor cancels, the customer may choose another time or a refund. The 48-hour rule must be shown before checkout and must match the booking system.
5. Massage appointments
Each massage checkout identifies the practitioner, who receives the payment, the consent documents that apply, and the practitioner's cancellation terms. Those terms are set by the contracted practitioner, not by the Gym. Where the practitioner cancels, the customer may choose a refund or another appointment.
6. Events and tickets
Tickets are refunded when an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled, the refund election window stated in the event terms applies. Otherwise ticket sales are final, unless the event terms or the law provide a refund.
7. Booking credits and missed classes
Credits are applied to bookings as described when the booking is made. When a booking is cancelled, the credit is returned. If we cancel a class, the credit is returned, and a refund or replacement is given where the law requires.
8. Disputed charges and chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong or unfamiliar, contact us so we can check it quickly. This does not affect the customer's right to dispute the transaction with their card issuer. While a dispute is open we may place an administrative hold on the disputed item. We will not penalise a customer for lawfully asserting their payment rights. We will not issue a second refund for a charge that has already been returned through a dispute.
